I'm just saying...

Who’s excited for the iPad 2? I admit it, I am. I recently purchased the iPad, but only the 16GB Wi-Fi version. I was already holding out for the next version of iPad and hoping for some new features, like a camera. The big question is: When is the next iPad coming out and what will it include?

An article titled “iPad 2.0: What We Think We Know” by Jonny Evans was posted today on PCWorld.com and highlights some of the latest iPad 2 predictions, including:

·         It will be a global traveler, expanding beyond 3G and Wi-Fi

·         It will have a camera and run Facetime

·         It will be thinner and lighter

·         It will be faster

·         It will have expanded capacity, maybe 128GB

·         It will be higher-res

·         It will run Mac OS Apps

·         It may be out in first quarter of 2011

·         It may be more aggressively priced

·         It will sell millions

Pretty exciting stuff, although I’d be surprised if the new iPad is out before next summer. Either way, I’m looking forward to reading more predictions and watching how everything unfolds.
